Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME FRAME

We process orders during business hours, Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST.  Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.  We will not be able to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted.  All orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days (processing and shipping excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays).

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship domestically via UPS, FedEx and USPS

Shipping Options (based on package size):

A: UPS Ground Package: 3-7 business days

B. UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days

C. UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 business days

Orders placed by 5pm EST using this service will usually arrive in 3-7 business days with a trackable service from UPS (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays).
